"Your health and safety are a priority to us. We are following the COVID-19 pandemic situation closely. As we enter the summer and more COVID-19 vaccines get administered, we hope that the guidelines for traveling and social gatherings would be more favorable for an in-person event. We will make an announcement in the event we determine that the AGM should be utilize to a virtual platform due to the pandemic. Rest assured our team will account for the extraordinary circumstances."

The board of directors determines the overall business strategy of the company, and the directors are elected by members of the organization. The first board meeting will discuss topics including:
