Inaugural General Assembly

"Your health and safety are a priority to us. We are following the COVID-19 pandemic situation closely. As we enter the summer and more COVID-19 vaccines get administered, we hope that the guidelines for traveling and social gatherings would be more favorable for an in-person event. We will make an announcement in the event we determine that the AGM should be utilize to a virtual platform due to the pandemic. Rest assured our team will account for the extraordinary circumstances."

During the Inaugural General Assembly, members will deliberate and agree on the following subjects, among other things:

• approval of annual accounts, allocation of profits or losses, and approval of corporate management

• appointments to the board of directors

• appointment of external auditors

• adoption and amendments to corporate bylaws;
